September Farmers’ Market
All your favourite local & regional produce is back this Saturday 13th September 9am – 1pm at Wallington Farmers’ Market, around the Old Town Hall and Library Gardens.
The apple harvest is in! It’s the season for game and pies. Come early to catch the fresh fish. Look out for vegan foods, organic skin care products and all kinds of sweets and treats. We will have all the usuall wonderful stalls plus various artists showcasing their work.
Come along to enjoy the friendly bustle of the market, demonstrations of traditional Irish folk music as well as the Macaroons, a jazz-soul band that demonstrating an upbeat, quirky mix of blues, Latin, funk, and soul standards with a European touch.
Plus look out for the Autumn Sale on EcoLocal’s plant stall – all proceeds to our community food growing project. We look forward to seeing you there – come and say hello.
