Inclusive Cycling Sessions

We offer cycling for everyone in a safe and supportive off road place…..whether it is on two, three or four wheels! Sessions are inclusive, welcoming all abilities with a wide range of cycles many of which are accessible for those with disabilities. Our friendly cycle instructors will help you take it at your own pace and there are opportunities to get involved in socialising and helping with sessions.

Our inclusive cycling sessions run on most Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 10am-12noon on the athletics track at the David Weir Leisure Centre (link to a post with location info – see below).  These sessions cater for adults and those aged 14+.

Sessions run in the sun and rain! If there is snow or heavy frost we may have to cancel – please phone to check.

Each participant pays £4 per session – prices will increase to £5 per session from April 2019 – (cash only accepted). Carers are free.

Sessions do not run on Bank Holidays. Please check details on this website regarding any extra sessions or dates when sessions are NOT running due to unavailability of the track (for example during the late summer term when the track is often booked for School Sports Days).
