EcoLocal has three beautiful spaces available to hire, set in tranquil leafy surroundings in central Carshalton.
Garden Hall
This accessible spacious hall can accommodate up to 60 people. The Garden Hall is a beautiful space full of natural light, suitable for all kind of activities including large meetings, wellbeing activities, training and education, art and crafts, and suitable social gatherings (no children’s parties or loud music). Includes:
• Its own separate access
• Fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kettles and urn
• Tables and conference chairs
• Beautiful wooden floor

Cicely Conference Room
This room is situated at the front of the spectacular Lodge building with views over the Ecology Centre grounds. Suitable for up to 25 people, it is perfect for meetings, training, education and wellbeing activities. No noisy activities.

• French doors opening directly to grounds
• Alternative accessible entrance

• Carpeted floor
• Tea and coffee making facilities available

• Teas and coffees can be provided
Available:
• Monday 9am to 7pm
• Tuesday & Weds 9am to 6pm
• Thursday 9am to 5pm

Small Meeting Room
A quiet room suitable for up to 4 people. Ideal for small meetings, interviews, counselling or study space. Can also be used as office/desk space.

• 2 armchairs, more seating available, 1 desk
• WiFi
• Accessible toilets

• Monday 9am to 7pm
• Tuesday & Weds 9am to 6pm
• Thursday 9am to 5pm
• Other times by arrangement.

Parking is available in the REAR car park only – please enquire for more details or download map here. We are close to Carshalton Station and there are excellent bus links nearby including 157, 127, 154, SL7, 407, S3

Please note that hire of the charity’s facilities requires that you abide by our ‘terms and conditions of hire’ which you should read before booking. These includes details of pre-payment, deposit and the need for advanced signing of our terms of hire agreement.
Please note that we cannot accept bookings for children’s parties or amplified music sessions or events.
