Our community allotment, based in Carshalton, Surrey, provides the perfect venue for your corporate volunteering day. There are lots of tasks to be done from mending raised beds, weeding & woodchip the herb area and making bug homes. This offers an opportunity for everyone to work together, get lots of exercise and have fun helping us!
The allotment provides a peaceful space for people from all backgrounds to take part in growing food, benefiting people with mental health problems, learning difficulties and older isolated people. We donate food grown to Sutton Women’s Centre food bank for women in crisis.
Corporate volunteering days help us get major jobs done and the tasks that some of our regular participants can’t manage.
Our days offer lots of space for groups of up to 20. We have a shelter, toilet and seating available.
We do ask for a donation of £150 to cover the additional time our staff will need to spend to prepare and supervise the session.
We’re accessible by just a half an hour train ride from Central London.
