The 2026 EcoFair will be held on Bank Holiday Monday 31st August.
We will start planning in April 2026. If you are interested in performing on one of the 3 stages please email fair@ecolocal.org.uk from April 2026 onward. Likewise if you are interested in being a stallholder please register your interest using the following link:

Stall pitches are in high demand so we will not be able to meet all requests for stall pitches and we need to ensure a diversity of stall types appropriate to our events/market. Please note, you do not need to apply if you attended the event in 2025.
The following is from the 2025 event:
Starts 10:30am and ends 8pm in Carshalton Park, Ruskin Road, Carshalton, Surrey. Please share details on social media.
We aim to make this event South London's & Surrey's best EcoFair 🙂 this year we have 3 solar powered stages with live music, 100+ stalls, delicious vegetarian and vegan hot and cold food, real ale bar, children's activties, demonstrations, eco-projects, artisan craft and much much more, including a free electric bus service to the event. Whatever your age or interest, we hope there will be plenty to capture your imagination and make you smile at this year’s EcoFair. With so much to see, hear, do, learn about and taste, this is the ideal day out for all the family.

Admission – Affordable, Local & Worth It
We’ve worked hard to keep Carshalton EcoFair 2025 affordable for everyone — and we think it offers amazing value for a day out right here in the heart of the community.
This isn’t a big commercial event — it’s run by volunteers, and every penny raised goes towards putting on the EcoFair and supporting EcoLocal’s charitable work across the local area.
We know times are tough, so we’ve kept prices low — especially for families and those on lower incomes — while still offering a fantastic mix of music, food, entertainment, and activities.
Here’s what you need to know:
Children under 12 – FREE
Adults (18+) – £10
Young people (12–17) – £8
Adults on low income – £8

Your support helps keep this event going strong and funds local eco projects, from community gardening and inclusive cycling to wellbeing and food-growing schemes.
Thank you for being part of it — and for supporting something so rooted in Carshalton.

EcoFair is organised by local charity EcoLocal which is a non-profit organisation full of volunteers who put their time and energy into developing activities and resources for the local community. The event costs the charity well over £25,000 of up-front costs to put on. There are no staff costs in running the event, it is run entirely by volunteers. So as a small local charity we need to raise the cash to fund the EcoFair.
We aim to raise funds for our activities supporting people with disabilities or experiencing mental health issues or who are isolated, to participate in community life through outdoor eco projects. Our eco-wellbeing, gardening, food-growing and inclusive cycling sessions make a huge difference to people’s physical and mental health. They increase social interaction and connection with nature and are good for the environment, helping people take action to participate in community and environmental projects. Any surplus funds raised after covering event costs this year will be put toward the cost of these activities again.
