Increasing the biodiversity of your plot doesn’t have to be hard or compromise the way your garden looks. Β This one-day workshop you will discover that wildlife friendly gardening is as much about creating a haven for us as it is for the creatures we want to encourage including bees, butterflies, moths, hoverflies, beetles and birds. Β You will learn how to deal with the many challenges that smaller London gardens face such as hotter and more extreme weather, a need for sustainable materials, less wastage and water.
We will give you lots of information including practical tips on plants and practices that can help your garden to be future-facing, biodiverse and beautiful.
Held at: Ecolocal, The Lodge, Honeywood walk, Carshalton SM5 3NX. Within the grounds of Carshalton Ecology Centre, by the ponds.
