Would you like to enjoy a relaxing cup of tea with a wellbeing twist in a beautiful Victorian setting? Garden Tea takes place on the lawn in our Walled Garden, or during the winter/inclement weather, we hold it in our peaceful ‘Garden Hall’.
Wednesday afternoons 2pm – 3.30pm.
Enjoy chatting with people and take part in weekly wellness activities such as:
- Listening to bird song
- Experiencing aromatherapy
- Chair based yoga
- Getting creative with craft activities
- Enjoying the sunshine
- Trying out eco-art
- Finding out about local nature
- Planting bulbs to take home
- and lots more!
