Sutton Ecology Centre has organised a special winter activity for children.
On Saturday 1 December in conjunction with Carshalton Frost Fair there will be a Winter Wonderland Trail, running from 1.00 until 4.00pm suitable for families with young children.
Kids! Someone’s stolen Santa’s sack … how are we going to get it back? Follow the animal clues and explore the delights of Sutton Ecology Centre to find Santa’s missing sack of toys.
There will also be face painting and Christmas family portraits by ‘Watch me grow’. The cost will be £4.50 per child and includes a small gift. Drop in -no booking is required.
There will also be a Woodland Storytellingat 2.00pm and 3.00pm suitable for children aged 3 – 8. Children can listen to some terrific tales, including ‘The Big Red Lollipop’ and ‘The Name of the Tree’, in our special storytelling tent. Each performance lasts about 20 minutes and ticket price includes entrance to the Sutton Ecology Centre Winter Wonderland Trail (value £4.50). The cost of this is £7 per child and booking essential as there is a limit of 20 children per session.
